This cultivar exceeded my expectations when it came to yield. Very delicious and wonderful effects. I will be looking forward to squishing this one again in the future. Very earthy and bright flavors came through when dabbing on this rosin. This flower was roughly two months old. This squish was done on January 27th, 2021. Overall this cultivar was great to work with. This stuff is some top shelf flower I had gotten. she was ready to give everything she had to give by this point. I really enjoy pressing old flower. the effects are very medicinal so no fear of anxiety whatsoever when using this stuff. Hints of the original taste when dabbing but mostly chocolate and caramel flavors running through. we got a wonderful yield on this girl as well. This week we have 7.06 grams of Watermelon Kush that we're squishing. Rehydrated with RAW Terracotta stones to 68% R.H. Squished at 184 degrees Fahrenheit. Max pressure 2000PSI. Three minutes on the press, 1min Heat Soak, 1min Ramping Pressure and 1min Full Pressure. Bags used are Supreme Rosin 2.5x4.5 90u, bottom seam cut and bag cut in half (This is referred to as Chottle Tech). Yield was 0.94 grams, which gives us a 13.31% return. Deep, dark chocolate and caramel scents waft of of these buds when you open the jar. The bud has darkened in color as well, which is to be expected. Great yield on this one. You can really taste the coco and caramel flavors when hitting a low temp dab. The effects are very body oriented and on the medicinal end of the scale. The heady aspect is quite minute. Mixing fresh flower Rosin in with the "Aged Flower" Rosin, can bring the heady aspect back into your product with the added benefit of the compounds created by the aging process.
